Overall rating: 4.0 / 5 from 10 reviews.

1) We paid off our mortgage (yay!). And that meant that our tax and insurance info was NOT going through our escrow. So we needed to update that info. 2) The digital download was great! Instead of my shaky handwriting, I could use my .pdf editor and make it more legible. 3) Along the way, I realized crucial passwords had changed. Easy to correct these. 4) Finally a suggestion: it would be a help to have a box to note an update date.

I expected more than just a few sheets that I had to download and print myself. Perhaps some additional hanging folders, tabs, other folders, etc. I really could have just photocopied the pages I needed for my second home from the original Nokbox and not paid for the second residence.

The download worked fine however I would have liked to receive a “Secondary Residence” divider for the section. If that had been sent I would have given this 5 stars.
