Shipping policy

We ship via UPS and USPS.  We are not responsible for addresses entered incorrectly by customer.  If the contents of your package arrive damaged, please email help@thenokbox.com with order number, description of damage, and photos if possible and we'll get any damaged items replaced immediately.
