Return Policy
We believe in good customer service and will make every effort to help you however we can. However, let's all remember to be kind when working to resolve any issues.
All customer service inquiries should contain your ORDER NUMBER in the subject line, please! It helps us help you so much faster!
If your box arrives damaged (we're sorry - we do pack them the best that we can!), please let us know WITHIN 7 DAYS. Keep ALL of the packaging and the box. We'll send you a replacement as soon as possible. Please email help@thenokbox.com with your order number and we'll get you taken care of.
If you are unhappy with the product, please email us within 7 days, let us know what's going on, and we'll send you a form and instructions on how to send it back. If it arrives in undamaged, unused condition, postmarked back to us within another 7 days, we'll send you a refund for the product. Email help@thenokbox.com.
Note: we are not responsible if you enter your address incorrectly. If that happens, we'll try to help, but please don't ask us to send you another box while yours is trying to find its way to you!
