Return Policy

If your product arrived damaged, please let us know right away and we will send a replacement part: email with your order number.

If you are unhappy with the product and want to return it, let us know what's going on right away and we'll send you a form and instructions on how to send it back. Email HELP@THENOKBOX.COM.  

We accept product returns if you reach out to us within a 7-day window, send back the product within another 7 days, and it comes back undamaged and resellable.  Please note:

  • Do NOT “return to sender” or reject the package.  We will not accept those from the carrier as the carriers charge us a fee to accept them.  Follow the return directions instead.

  • If folders, documents, or the box come back damaged, or if your document or folder packet has been opened, we will deduct up to $40 per damaged or opened item from the refund. 

  • We will deduct our outbound shipping costs from the refund (even if you got free shipping).

Policies: coupons, wrong addresses, porch pirates, damages: 

If we are at fault for anything, we will make it right: we want you to be happy.   If the mistake was yours or beyond our control (like theft from your porch), we can't be held responsible.  If the package gets lost in the mail, we'll work with you to help figure out what to do.

Please ensure any coupon codes are entered before you check out. We want to be sure you get your discount, but we can not retroactively refund discounts.  Coupon codes are valid only during the time specified. We do not offer price adjustments, sorry! 

We are not responsible if you enter your address incorrectly. If that happens, we'll try to help, but please don't ask us to send you another box while yours is trying to find its way to you.  If your package is stolen or taken from your mailbox, we can not be held responsible.  

If you place a duplicate order by mistake, or you just wish to cancel your order, we'll try to help you but often we can't catch your email in time.  Our products ship out fast!  If the order has already shipped, you'll have to follow the return policy to send the shipment back and get a refund.

If your box arrives damaged (we apologize - we do pack them the best that we can!), please let us know WITHIN 7 DAYS. Keep ALL of the packaging and the box. We'll send you a replacement as soon as possible. Please email HELP@THENOKBOX.COM with your order number and we'll get you taken care of.
