I was happy to find the Nokbox kit, and purchased one for my parents and myself. The variety of choices as far as with a box or the lite version or just extra labels made it easy to personalize a gift for my parents and also get a set for my husband and I. What a great purchase, very pleased and excited to get organized.

The box needs to be larger, not in width, but overall length Concept is great, yet once filed, all is crammed and difficult to see headings

I like the extra set of labels but it would be even better if I could have selected which labels I needed. I mainly needed extra Insurance, Bank account, and estate document labels. We have some separate accounts that I like to keep in separate folders. Thank you!

Hello, I think it is appalling and darn near highway robbery to charge $30.00 for the extra labels. In addition I spent $11 to take the NokBox Tutorial. I think the tutorial should have been complimentary. I am glad to have discovered NokBox, but I think the ethos of the company is about $$$...basically the company is based on printing pages.

Everything is so well organized and put together well.
They were delivered quickly and I really needed them but I think they are very overpriced.
I do like my NOK box, but want more labels for uniformity for just one section (insurance). I don’t need to spend $25 for all of the sections.

A rip off $30 for labels I could’ve gotten blank for five dollars anywhere and just written no thank you. I’ll never need more.
Store owner replied: These labels are not intended to stand alone: they are a replacement part for the Nokbox system. They match customer’s existing kits. If you just purchased them on their own, they would not be that helpful. Feel free to return!
Its a very simple & inexpensive organizer, as it has a lot of useless pages,i.e., Transcripts and Diplomas – those aren’t needed any longer and everything‘s on a résumé (why would my NOK have to prove anything about my education?), Student, Student Debt, Guardianship (children are grown), Current Employment, etc. There should be time of life differentiation between Early Career, Middle Age choices with system that gradually grows/updates into a later years’ Nokbox. Files I’m missing as a senior citizen Passport & Travel Docs, Brokersge Accounts, Volunteer Organizations, Career & Lifetime Awards, “Orchids” (compliments people share during a lifetime) - wonderful for family to look back on after their loved one is gone. Personally, I would that a file be put in for personal letters to my children/grandchildren. I would send this back, but I threw away the box thinking I would love this.
Store owner replied: It looks like you ordered a Replacement/Additional sheet of labels, not a Nokbox kit. The Nokbox gives you directions for each of those things and a place to store them so you can get rid of other clutter. We think the labels are a high quality product--they just wouldn't work for anyone if they didn't already have a Nokbox.

Gave myself and both children the sets for Christmas. Love all that is included. Can’t wait to begin filling the folders.
