The Nokbox Is Coming to Arapahoe Community College This Fall
If you've been meaning to get organized, and you'd rather do it with a little guidance than stare at a blank folder wondering where to start, we have something for you!
The Nokbox is now part of the fall 2026 course catalog at Arapahoe Community College through their Workforce and Community Programs. The class is called "Navigating Your Nokbox: Organizing Life's Important Information," and it does exactly what it sounds like.
Two sessions, ninety minutes each, and an Original Nokbox included in your registration.
What the class looks like
The first session is an introduction: What The Nokbox system is, how it works, and why getting this kind of information organized matters for you and for the people who love you. Not scary oroverwhelming. Just a straightforward walk through a system that thousands of families have already used to get their lives in order.
The second session is a working session. You bring materials from home—insurance cards, financial paperwork, estate planning documents, medical records, whatever you've got—and you actually work on your Nokbox with support with other people doing the same thing. With someone there to answer your questions when you hit a folder and think "wait, where does this go?"
This is exactly the kind of structured start that makes the difference between a Nokbox that gets filled out and one that sits on a shelf.
Four sessions this fall. Morning and evening options
Classes are held on the Littleton campus at Arapahoe Community College. All four sessions are taught by instructor Angela Christensen.
Session 1 — Tuesdays, September 8 and 15

Session 2 — Thursdays, October 15 and 22
6:00 – 7:30 PM | Main Building
Session 3 — Tuesdays, November 3 and 10
10:00 – 11:30 AM | Art & Design Center
Session 4 — Tuesdays, December 8 and 15
6:00 – 7:30 PM | Main Building
Registration fee is $150 and includes your Original Nokbox so you're not paying for the class and then separately for the kit. You leave with everything you need.
Who this is for
Anyone who has been putting this off. Anyone who has aging parents and keeps thinking "we really need to get their information organized." Anyone who has been through the experience of settling someone else's estate without a roadmap,and knows they don't want to do that to their own family.
The class description puts it well: whether you're planning ahead for your family, supporting aging parents, or simply wanting greater peace of mind, this is a thoughtful and approachable way to get started.
