For Financial Professionals
Your Clients Have a Plan. Their Family Needs a Map.
The documents are only half of it. The Nokbox is where everything else lives, organized into one complete system a family can actually pick up and use. Firms across wealth management, tax, and trust services keep it on hand for clients.

The Challenge
Organized on Paper Isn't the Same as Findable at Home.
Your clients may have done the work. Documents drafted, accounts funded, beneficiaries named. What almost nobody has is one place where their family can find any of it.
Scattered by Default
Information ends up spread across drawers, inboxes, safes, and logins, with no single index of what exists or where it lives.
Beneficiary Forms Left Untouched
Retirement accounts and life insurance pass outside the will entirely. Designations set years ago often go unreviewed.
A Family With No Starting Point
Families frequently don't know what exists, let alone where to begin, and they're rarely at their sharpest when they find out.
Research from EstateExec, surveying more than 1,200 respondents, found the average executor spends over 500 hours settling an estate. A great deal of that time goes to simply finding things.
What It Is
The Nokbox™: An Instruction Manual for a Client's Life.
A complete, color-coded system with 67 labeled folders and 72 double-sided worksheets, giving clients and their families a single place to keep everything organized. The front of each worksheet tells your client what belongs in that folder. The back tells their next of kin what to do with it.

Partnership Options
Three Ways to Make the Nokbox Part of What You Offer.
Every option below is a straightforward purchase, so you can choose whichever fits how your practice already works.
Gift Certificates
No inventory required. Hand a certificate to a client; they redeem it online and choose their own kit, with shipping included. Many firms redeem it together with the client during a meeting.
Built for: firms who don't want to hold inventory or manage sizing.
See gift certificate options →Client Kits at Wholesale
Purchase at wholesale pricing and hand clients a physical Nokbox directly. Works as a client appreciation gift, an onboarding piece, or the agenda for a family meeting.
Built for: firms who want something tangible in the client's hands.
See wholesale pricing →Firm-Branded Kits
For firms who want their own name on the box. Several branding formats are available depending on volume and which kit you choose, so the system arrives looking like it came from you.
Built for: firms making this a standing part of the client experience.

How Firms Are Putting It to Work.
Firms rarely buy these for a single purpose. Most start with one occasion and expand from there.
Client Appreciation
A gift clients keep on a shelf and open repeatedly, rather than one that gets consumed and forgotten in a week.
Family Meetings
The box becomes the agenda for a conversation with a client and their adult children, which is often the first time the next generation sits in the room.
Onboarding and Milestones
Given at the start of a relationship, at retirement, or once a plan is finalized, as the practical companion to the paperwork.
Seminars and Workshops
Used as the takeaway for attendees, so the session ends with something concrete rather than a folder of handouts.
| Occasion | Typical Format | Typical Quantity |
|---|---|---|
| Seminar or event giveaway | Lite | 25–100 |
| Broad client mailing | Lite or Base Kit | 50–100 |
| Onboarding new households | Base Kit or Original | 10–50 |
| Family meeting or review | Original | 10–25 |
| Top-client or milestone gift | Fireproof | 5–25 |
| No inventory, client chooses | Gift certificates | 12 or 24 |
Based on how firms currently order. Nothing here is fixed — mix formats however suits your practice.
Choose a Format
Four Formats. One System Inside Each.
Every format contains the same 67 folders and 72 worksheets. What changes is the container, which lets you match the format to the client and the occasion.
The Nokbox™ Lite
A slim, portable format at the most accessible price point.
Best for: larger client mailings, seminars, and events.
The Nokbox™ Base Kit
The complete system without a container, for clients who already have a file box.
Best for: volume gifting at a lower cost per client.
The Original Nokbox™
The full system in its own filing container, ready to use the moment it arrives.
Best for: a complete gift with nothing else to buy.
The Nokbox™ Fireproof
The full system in a fire-resistant container for clients who want added protection.

Common Questions
Questions Firms Ask Us.
Do you provide resources to clients?
Yes. Every Nokbox includes 72 double-sided worksheets that walk a client through one category at a time, so nobody starts from a blank page. We include a getting-started guide with bulk orders that you can pass along to recipients, clients can join the Nokbox Nook community online, and our support team is available directly if anyone gets stuck.
Is this legal or financial advice?
No. The Nokbox is an organization system. It does not draft documents, offer legal guidance, or provide financial advice, and it is not a substitute for a client's own professional advisors.
What if a client never redeems their gift certificate?
Many firms redeem the certificate together with the client during a meeting, which tends to work better anyway. It gives you a natural reason to walk through the system while the client is in front of you.
How long does it take a client to complete one?
Most people work through it across a few sittings rather than in one afternoon. It's built to be completed gradually and revisited, and clients often tell us it surfaces things they hadn't thought about in years.
Can we put our firm's name on it?
Yes, in several formats depending on volume and which kit you choose. Get in touch and we'll walk you through the options.
Do you work with professionals outside wealth management?
We do. Tax professionals, trust officers, fiduciaries, daily money managers, and estate planning attorneys all use the Nokbox with clients, on the same terms.
The Nokbox is a life organization product. It is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or law firm, and it does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
