Every day from December 13th - 24th, 2025, visit the Nokbox Facebook or Instagram page to see the entry post for that single day.

These Official Rules govern The Nokbox “12 Days of Christmas Giveaway” (“Promotion”).
1. Sponsor
This Promotion is sponsored by:

Littleton, Colorado, USA
(“Sponsor”)
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, or any other social platform.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States, age 18 or older at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible to win.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion runs from December 13, 2025 through December 24, 2025.
Each of the 12 daily giveaways (“Daily Giveaway”) opens at the time its daily post is published and closes 24 hours later.
Entries submitted outside the 24-hour window for a specific Daily Giveaway will not be considered for that day’s prize.
4. How to Enter
For each Daily Giveaway, an entrant must:
- Follow @thenokbox on Facebook or Instagram (whichever platform you are entering on)
- Like the daily giveaway post
- Tag someone who needs to know about The Nokbox and share your answer to the question posed in the post in the comments. (1 comment = 1 entry)
This is the only method of entry.
Optional Actions (Not Considered Entries)
Entrants may share posts, reels, or stories, or tag @nokbox to spread the cheer.
Sharing or tagging is entirely optional and does not affect or increase the chances of winning.
5. Limits
Each person may submit unlimited comments, but spam, irrelevant, or duplicated comments may be removed at the Sponsor’s discretion.
Entrants must use their own personal accounts; automated or inauthentic entries will be disqualified.
6. Prizes
A unique prize will be offered for each of the 12 Daily Giveaways.
The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each prize will be listed in the daily giveaway post and may range from $10 to $300.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted except by Sponsor for a prize of equal or greater value.
Sponsor will ship prizes only within the United States.
7. Winner Selection
For each Daily Giveaway, the Sponsor will randomly select one (1) winner from all eligible comments received during that day’s 24-hour entry window.
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received that day.
8. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified only via direct message (DM) from the official @thenokbox account on the platform where they entered.
Sponsor will never request payment, credit card information, or ask winners to click external links to claim a prize.
If a winner does not respond within 72 hours, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
9. Public List of Winners
Once each winner is verified, a list of winners will be posted at:
www.thenokbox.com/12days
(or at another URL designated by Sponsor).
10. Rights Granted by Entrants
By entering, entrants grant Sponsor permission to use their first name, last initial, comment, and/or username for winner announcements and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
11. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to:
- Disqualify any entrant who violates these rules
- Cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion
- Substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary
By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation or prize acceptance.
12. Privacy
Information collected will be used solely for administration of this Promotion and prize fulfillment.
Sponsor will not sell or share entrant information.
13. Governing Law
The Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
