Second Property Digital Download
In the Nokbox, there is an Asset Section where you can store information about large investments, including additional properties. However, you may want to create a box or binder for those properties so your NOK will have more detailed information and so you have it all in one place.
If you have a second home that you use for yourself as your favorite vacation spot, or if you rent a property out and consider it an investment property, you likely have a lot of information associated with that additional property, such as a mortgage, a maintenance crew, a property manager, insurance, utility companies, or tenant information. We’ve got you covered!
With this digital download, you will receive 2 printable PDF's:
1. Instructions that guide you through the set-up your Second Property files and 11 Information Sheets (one per folder) that pertain to every element of your additional property.
2. A set of file folder labels that you can print and adhere to your own file folders, or just use the list to hand write your own label tabs.
You just add: the box, the folders (11), and the hanging folders (5-11 depending on your preference). You could use these materials to create a binder as well. If you have multiple properties, you can use the documents multiple times.
