In the Nokbox, there is an Asset Section where you can store information about large investments, including additional properties. However, you may want to create a box or binder for those properties so your NOK will have more detailed information and so you have it all in one place.
If you have a second home that you use for yourself as your favorite vacation spot, or if you rent a property out and consider it an investment property, you likely have a lot of information associated with that additional property, such as a mortgage, a maintenance crew, a property manager, insurance, utility companies, or tenant information. You just add: the box, the folders (11), and the hanging folders (5-11 depending on your preference). You could use these materials to create a binder as well. If you have multiple properties, you can use the documents multiple times.
